The interesting thing about being in business, is the quantity of false prophets, who have an idea in their mind about their status in an ecosystem.
This is often how new roles evolve, where envisioning a position, eventually becomes a reality.
Sadly, what this means for honest workers like in intellectual property, is that on occasion, there is heavy fraudulent IP activity, that eclipses the real work that has been done and is going to happen.
For me, as a CEO (Ian A. Tyner), historically, this is just another lesson learned about the rules and regulations of climbing the executive ladder; where it can be often hard to stay clear of the noise, in search of the signal.
